Surf Training Day - 14th August

You will need your own boat and kit, including a helmet. We will be meeting at Westward Ho beach at 09:30. 

The plan is 4 on (being coached) and 4 off (watching and learning) the water at a time.  This will give you chance to stretch your legs and recover.

Please bring lunch and a hot drink.

Creek boats aren't really suitable for surf as they generally have too much rocker. A flat bottom boat with a planning hull or playboat is usually good. If using a club boat I suggest you get them on the Thursday to make sure you fit them.

We can arrange sharing transport before the day between who is going.
