Surf Training Day - 30th October

30th October 0900 am at Bantham beach for a day of kayak surf training with Andrew Bonney. (Level 5 coach).

8 people first come basis. £30pp None refundable, if you drop out its down to you to find a replacement.

You will need your own boat and kit, including a helmet. We will be meeting at Bantham Beach at 09:00. 

Please bring lunch and a hot drink.

Creek boats aren't really suitable for surf as they generally have too much rocker. A flat bottom boat with a planning hull or playboat is usually good.  Flat bottom boats like the RPM are ideal. If using a club boat I suggest you get them on the Thursday to make sure you fit them.
