Totnes Canoe Club Christmas Party

The Christmas Party is for everyone: old members, new members and non paddling partners.  Please come along we would love to see as many of you as possible!

This year to encourage more youngsters (under 18 years old) we have a special children’s price of 50% off the full price.  In addition, for under 12 year olds there is a children's menu with a desert for just  £7.

ENTERTAINMENT: Dancing after dinner, please request your choice of dance music for consideration

TIME: 7pm for 7.30pm

DRESS CODE: Smart casual, leave your dry and wet suits at home!

Starters

Roasted butternut squash soup, toasted pumpkin seeds, warm baguette (v) 

Rosemary breaded camembert wedges, mulled spiced red onion marmalade (v) 

Smoked ham hock mac & cheese pot, garlic bread 

Creamy garlic chestnut mushrooms, crispy bacon, stilton, rocket 

Smoked salmon & prawn mousse, sourdough toast, watercress

Roast turkey, sage & onion stuffing, pig in blanket, cranberry gravy

During  the evening there will be a slide show running of paddling photos taken  by members during this year and we'll be asking for your photos to show nearer the time

After Dinner we will be handing out awards for the  following categories to celebrate paddlers who are not necessarily  technically best but have embraced paddling with enthusiasm, commitment  and a positive attitude:
